2009 Scholarship Recipients Print E-mail

The National Snaffle Bit Association announces the recipients of three scholarships to youth members; T. Joe Jean, Carrie Schimpff and Kirsten Swanson.

The funds for the scholarships came from two sources.  10% of the money generated annually by the Trainer Sale is earmarked for the Scholarship Fund.  For the second year, Andrea Simons of Simons Show Horses in Aubrey, Texas generously donated a $1,000 scholarship in memory of her husband, Lynn Simons.
