The National Snaffle Bit Association recently approved new judges that exhibit the knowledge and character to be awarded an NSBA Judges card.

The following judge applicants were approved by the NSBA Judges Committee to take the 2022 judges’ exam in December. Based on criteria set by the Judges Committee and their test scores a list of prospective new judges was approved, making these individuals eligible to judge NSBA approved shows effective immediately.

Judge applicants also had the option to test for their Category 1 credentials. Category 1 certification allows a judge to be considered to judge an event that offers $10,000 or more in added money. Their names along with their Category 1 status will be added to the approved list of NSBA judges.

Chris Brown of Billings, MT
Jimmy Daurio of Loveland, CO – Category 1
Jacob Hartman of Advance, NC – Category 1
Clayton Jerrell of Newburgh, IN – Category 1
Mike Rapley of Simcoe, ON Canada – Category 1
